Clickstarter has spent time learning about all the leading AI platforms so you don't need to. Which means that you can get to work faster with the right applications doing the right things faster and more effectively.

But not all AI platforms are the same - and for some corporate and government environments that means that you need to choose carefully and onboard your staff on to the right platforms in the right way.

We provide training the following platforms both in-person in Darwin and across Australia online or on-site by request.

Our Training Approach & Rates

Individual Training Sessions

Training on specific AI platforms for specific roles in your organisation are available in person or online.

Training and a venue can be provided in Darwin. We can also come to you across the Northern Territory and the rest of Australia. Travel charges will apply.

Base cost for each individual session is FROM $250 +GST per one hour session, for one person.

An additional $50 +GST per hour is added for each additional person in the same session.

Workshops for Teams

Workshops are a great way to get an overview of what each platform can do. Each workshop is tailored to your organisation and your attendees. This way there's room for their scenarios, questions and unique use cases to be tried out and demonstrated.

Workshops for up 20 people are offered on-site, in our Darwin venue (at extra cost) or outside Darwin (at extra cost.)

Base rate for on-site workshops on-site without travel are:

2-hour workshop up to 20 people - FROM $1750 +GST

Half-Day (4 hour) workshops - FROM $3000 +GST

Additional charges apply for travel outside of Darwin, use of Darwin Innovation Hub, catering (if required) or if your training is held on weekends.

Workshops + Onboarding Sessions

Our most popular training packages involve both the initial workshops to get everyone on the same page followed by a number of individual on-boarding sessions with management and staff to get them using their new tools properly.

We offer each individual the chance to have their tools set-up, show them how to use it with the context of their work.

You can book these individual sessions on top of your workshop FROM $90 +GST per 30-minute onboarding.

Discounts apply for more than 10 individual on-boarding sessions.

The Multipurpose AI Platform for accuracy, trust and reliability in private and public enterprise.

Perplexity is our favourite platform for businesses as it's made for organisation that don't have the time to be cross-checking facts and researching whether their AI tool is telling the truth.

Perplexity will handle text generation like all the others, will generate some images and diagrams and is a trustworthy and reliable search engine.

The greatest strength of Perplexity is its ability to load in documents of your own (PDF, Word, Images and More) and work solely within those documents that you need. This means that it is the best tool for applying for grants, tenders and contracts.

Perplexity is ideal for government agencies and those working with private data as their Enterprise packages will not train the algorithm with your information.

Anthropic's Claude is powerful creative and ethical.

The trouble with so many AI tools is that they are terrible at writing human-feeling articles and text.

Anthropic's Claude is tuned to be a great master of the English language.

But it doesn't end there.

Claude is great for calculations, remembering previous conversations, working with data that you load into it and with applications like coding.

It avoids answering questions that are controversial in nature and is considered a safety-oriented alternative to more unpredictable platforms like ChatGPT and Grok.

OpenAI's ChatGPT is the Swiss Army Knife of AI.

Chances are that you've already tried using ChatGPT an had mixed results from it.

And for what ChatGPT lacks in accuracy and decent writing skills, it makes up in several areas.

It's definitely the best tool for coding, creative brainstorming, idea generation and integrating with other software to add AI abilities.

It's excellent for working with reports, spreadhseets and calculations. But it's greatest strength is in it's broader marketplace of Custom GPTs that extend it's abilities way beyond just chat.

The safer enterprise AI option.

While anyone can use the basic version of Copilot, it works best when you combine it with your corporate or organisational MS 365 accounts and your documents, data and stored files.

While it's not the smartest AI out there, it is the one that is tied in with the world's most trusted corporate software suite - Office 365. And that means that its the first one that corporate IT departments are considering.

It does most of the things that ChatGPT does as it's built on the same base from OpenAI - but it has been forked out and worked on separately to work in more trusted environments.

Google's Big Challenger.

If you use Google Workspace, then this is the best option for you.

Gemini works as a standalone chat, like any others, but is more tightly tied to Google Search, so it will do very well at images, information and things like comparisons of public information.

But it's the intergration with Google Workspace that really makes it shine.

When you apply it's smarts to Google Docs, Sheets and Slides, it's does great things, but it's not perfect yet.

It can do pretty decent research though as it uses Google Search to find the information you're looking for.
